About Us
Hello! I’m Jenna.
LPC | Licensed Therapist
I’m a licensed therapist offering trauma-informed psychotherapy in Denver, Colorado for individuals and couples. For the past ten years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, teens, families, and groups, supporting people through periods of change, healing, and growth. In addition to therapy, I also offer supervision, retreats, and workshops.
I graduated from Naropa University with a Masters in Buddhist Psychology and Contemplative Psychotherapy in 2013. I currently serve as a full-time instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program and have taught at the University since 2015.
